Return Policy
You are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) starting from the date your order arrives.
If you wish to return an item, please note that only full-order returns are accepted — partial returns are not available.
Please contact our customer service within 7 days via LINE and provide the following details: Name, Order Number, Contact Number, Product Name, Reason for Return, and Photos.
Our service team will assist you through the return or exchange process.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused and free from any man-made damage or contamination.
According to Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, the 7-day period is for product evaluation, not for trial or usage.
Please retain the original packaging, including the invoice, inner and outer boxes. Returns with incomplete packaging cannot be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
- Product has been opened or used.
- Man-made damage, stains, scratches, or missing parts.
- Packaging damage or incomplete invoices/accessories.
- Malicious or excessive return behavior.
Return Procedure
Contact Customer Service (LINE: @hh.gw) → Prepare complete product and invoice → Send item back to HH Chopsticks → Refund will be issued upon confirmation.
Refund Information
- Credit Card Orders: The refund will be credited directly to your original card after the return is confirmed.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be transferred to your designated bank account.
Exchange Policy
Exchanged items must be unused, undamaged, and in complete original packaging (including invoice and boxes).
Exchange Procedure:
Once both parties agree to proceed with an exchange, please send the item and invoice back to HH Chopsticks and place a new order.
If there is a price difference, we will issue an additional invoice or refund accordingly. No further action is needed if the prices are equal.
